B2B Solution Architect
B2B Solution Architects specialize in designing and implementing solutions using the account and contact data model which is commonly used by trade-based organizations. Salesforce B2B Solution Architects will be able to analyze and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, use best practices around data model architecture and ensure the solution is scalable and secure without compromising user performance.
B2C Solution Architect
B2C Solution Architects specialize in designing and implementing solutions using the person account data model which is used by professional and trade organizations. Salesforce B2C Solution Architects will be able to analyze and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, apply best practices around data model architecture and ensure the solution is scalable and secure without compromising user performance.
B2C Commerce
B2C Commerce Architects have domain expertise in e-commerce, online customer experience, and architectural development of commerce based solutions. Salesforce B2C Commerce Architects will be able to translate complex e-commerce requirements, assist in digital transformation initiatives, make improvements to the user experience and design the application using improvements in workflows and automation.
Heroku Architect
Heroku Architects specialize in architecting large complex solutions that are scalable and extendible on the Heroku platform. A Heroku Architect will have extensive experience deploying large scale solutions, deploying and managing applications across the enterprise, developing technical specifications, solutioning to meet complex requirements and overseeing the stakeholders and implementation of the solution.
System Architect
System Architects play an important role in making sure your association or nonprofit has a fully integrated technology stack with a single source of truth. The primary role of a Salesforce System Architect is designing and implementing integrations between solutions using traditional Salesforce API’s or IaaS platforms. They will also be proficient in making modifications to the Salesforce platform to support the solution.
Technical Architect
Technical Architects are strategic thinkers that are responsible for designing solutions that meet the technical specifications of an organization. They work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, and development teams during buildouts and testing. A Salesforce Technical Architect will be able to analyze technical issues, design, configure, customize, and work closely with System Architects and Developers to assure the solution meets the needs of the association or nonprofit.
